The owner run Windmill Wine Shop & Cottages is set on 22 hectares of malaria free indigenous bush is the ideal getaway base from which to explore our area or merely relax and unwind.

The location is extraordinary: overlooking the Sabie River Valley, and beyond to God’s Window and the Drakensberg, with the Kruger National Park and the panoramic Blyde River Canyon just around the corner.

The Windmill indigenous bush is home to a variety of wildlife such as Red Duiker, Bushbuck, Vervet Monkeys, Baboons, Bushbabies, wild Bush Pig, all the Mongoose species, Bats and a chorus of rare & indigenous birds.
